Mahjong Winds’i oynamak için ad, e-posta, telefon numarası ya da başka bir kişisel bilgi vermeniz gerekmez. Bu politika, gerçekte ne topladığımızı sade bir dille anlatır.
Şunları toplamıyoruz: adınız, e-postanız, telefon numaranız, adresiniz, konumunuz, rehberiniz, fotoğraflarınız, mikrofonunuz veya kameranız. Hiçbirine erişmiyoruz.
İlk kez çevrimiçi oynadığınızda otomatik olarak bir misafir hesabı oluşturulur. Kayıt ekranı yoktur. Bu hesapta tuttuklarımız:
Biten her el için sonucu, hangi salonda oynandığını ve çip hareketlerini kaydederiz. Bunun iki nedeni var: bakiyenizin doğruluğunu kanıtlayabilmek ve liderlik tablosunu hesaplayabilmek. Çip hareketleri silinmeyen bir kayıt defterine yazılır — böylece bir uyuşmazlıkta ne olduğu net görülür.
Liderlik tablosu herkese açıktır. Çevrimiçi oynadığınızda seçtiğiniz takma ad, sıralamanız ve sonuçlarınız sunucumuza yüklenir ve tabloda diğer oyunculara gösterilir. Görünmek istemiyorsanız sizi anlatmayan bir takma ad seçmeniz yeterlidir: tablodaki başka hiçbir bilgi sizi tanımlayamaz.
Masada yazdığınız mesajlar sunucuda 30 gün saklanır ve sonra silinir. Bunun tek nedeni bildirimlerin incelenebilmesidir: bir mesaj bildirilirse, o bildirim sonuçlanana kadar mesaj ve çevresindeki konuşma tutulur. Sohbet verisi başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz, profil çıkarmaz, kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Engelleme listeniz hesabınızla birlikte saklanır ve hesabınızı sildiğinizde silinir.
Her internet sunucusu gibi bizim sunucumuz da bağlantı kurarken IP adresinizi görür. Bunu kötüye kullanımı engellemek için kullanırız ve reklam ya da profilleme amacıyla kullanmayız.

Hiçbir veriyi satmaz, kiralamaz veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmayız. Veriler yalnızca oyunu çalıştıran sağlayıcılarımızda (sunucu barındırma) ve yukarıda sayılan Google hizmetlerinde bulunur.
Hesabınız var olduğu sürece verileri saklarız. Hesabınızı uygulamanın içinden Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ile anında silebilirsiniz; cihazınıza erişiminiz yoksa [email protected] adresine arkadaş kodunuzla yazın. Ayrıntılar: Hesabınızı Silme. Bu işlem geri alınamaz ve çipleriniz kaybolur.
Oyun yetişkinler içindir ve 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir. Oyundaki çiplerin gerçek bir değeri yoktur ve paraya çevrilemez; bu bir kumar oyunu değildir.
Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa oyun içinde bildiririz.

You do not need to give us a name, an email address, a phone number, or any other personal detail to play Mahjong Winds. This policy describes, in plain language, what we actually collect.
We do not collect: your name, email, phone number, address, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera. We never request access to any of them.
The first time you play online, a guest account is created automatically. There is no signup screen. That account holds:
For each finished hand we record the result, which salon it was played in, and the chip movements. This exists for two reasons: so your balance can be proven correct, and so the leaderboard can be calculated. Chip movements are written to an append-only ledger, which means a dispute can always be answered with what actually happened.
The leaderboard is public. When you play online, the nickname you chose, your rank and your results are uploaded to our server and shown there to other players. If you would rather not appear, pick a nickname that says nothing about you: nothing else on the leaderboard can identify you.
Like any internet server, ours sees your IP address when your device connects. We use it to prevent abuse. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Messages you type at the table are kept on the server for 30 days and then deleted. The only reason they are kept is report review: if a message is reported, it and the conversation around it are held until the report is resolved. Chat data is used for nothing else, builds no profile, and is shared with nobody. Your block list is stored with your account and deleted with it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing. It lives only with the providers that run the game (server hosting) and the Google services listed above.
We keep your data for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account instantly from inside the app via Settings → Delete account; if you no longer have your device, email [email protected] with your friend code. Details: Delete Your Account. This cannot be undone, and your chips are lost with it.
The game is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. In-game chips have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money; this is not a gambling product.
If we update this policy we will change the date on this page, and we will say so in the game if the change is significant.
