Why it counts

Nothing but terminals and honours, with at least one of each. Charts usually print this as four faan, which is this one plus All Pungs, since the hand is triplets by construction.

Honour pungs inside it keep paying. Drop the honours for All Terminals, or the numbers for All Honours. Both are worth 10.
